Amenities: Come try out our heart-pumping Group Power exercise classes, designed for every level. You’ll burn calories while having fun! Take advantage of our Nutrition Counseling, Personal Training, and Free Weights. Our Machines, including treadmills, ellipticals and more, allow you to burn calories at your own pace. TV Entertainment makes the time fly by, and Locker Rooms are provided for your storage while at the gym. Tanning is also available.

Amenities: Go ahead—bring the kids! Just because you’re a parent doesn’t mean you can’t exercise, and with our Kids Care, working out is convenient and easy. We also offer Body Pump group exercise classes that are fun and non-intimidating. The classes are designed for every level—experts and beginners. The Ridge Gym & Fitness Center --
The Ridge Gym & Fitness Center is a 24 hour access facility with a full line of cardiovascular equipment, selectorized weight machines, free weights, tanning and a sauna. We also have small group exercise classes focused on aerobic conditioning, strength training, and flexibility improvement. In January, we will be introducing a Senior fitness program. For one low monthly rate you have 24 hour access to everything The Ridge has to offer.
Our office is open Monday - Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM or by appointment.
