Knockout Oxnard -- Knockout Boxing & Fitness has a verity of Matrix cardio vascular machines. Also state of the art upper and lower body Nautilus equipment as well, free weights ranging from 5lbs to 100lbs, bench press and a squat machine. A front and center 20X20 official boxing ring. Our boxing and kickboxing classes are one hour long and they are a full body workout (i.e.) push-ups, sit-ups, squats, lunges etc. Our boxing and kickboxing classes are in a classroom setting, and are also available as individual sessions. Boxing classes are also offered to 6-12year olds. Personal training is available for anyone willing to be pushed outside of their comfort zone and willing to listen. Knockout Boxing & Fitness is all about getting the customer the results they are looking for in a healthy and natural way....
