KOR Pilates & Yoga Studio --
Prices range from $50-$75/hr for private Pilates and personal training sessions. Dual/group rates are $30-$50/hr. 1/2 sessions are also available upon request.
KOR offers daily Pilates mat and/or Pilates Circuit classes. All mat classes are $15 per class and are on a first come first serve basis. RSVP is required for each class. Each class is limited to approximately (10) people. Pilates Circuit classes is a group class that incorporates every piece of apparatus including Reformer, Trapeze Table, Barrel and Wunda Chair. Each class is $35.00 and is on a first come first serve basis. RSVP is required for each class. Availability for this class is limited to (6) people.
KOR starter package of $30/hr for personal training and $40/hr for Pilates is available to all new clients. A minimum of (10) sessions must be purchased.
