Desert Fitness Group is an specialized group of personal trainers organized and operated by an elite US National Team athlete; we work to rehabilitate old injuries and specialize in development of athletic skills, strength, and flexibility. Our team of trainers work together to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Our pricing ranges from $45 a session to $75 a session depending on your level of commitment to yourself and our group.
We excel at one on one training sessions, but also encourage partner (2) and small group(4-6) personal training. Thank you for your interest!
