We are a custom-built fitness studio located on the border of Palo Alto and Mountain View in the Bay Area, offering Pilates Equipment Training, Personal Fitness Training and small group Pilates and Circuit Training classes. Our team of experts can provide you with ways to achieve and maintain optimal core strength and flexibility, in conjunction with cardiovascular fitness and strengthening. (One of our advisors is a doctor to the US Olympic Team!)

Curves is a facility specially designed for women featuring a complete 30 minute workout and weight management program that is fun, fast, and safe. We provide members a fun, convenient, comfortable, and motivating environment. Curves works because it was created for your body, schedule, and style. The Curves workout takes just 30 minutes and includes all five components of a complete exercise program - warm-up, cardiovascular, strength-training, cool down, and stretching. There are no gimmicks or "something for nothing" claims. It's the toughest 30 minutes in your day, but it works.
