Xtreme Fitness - Redding -- Tired of looking for the right gym? Finally, a gym with everything you need! Over 15,000 square feet with every piece of equipment necessary to sculpt the perfect physique. We offer 4 areas to provide you with the perfect workout: Cardio Room: Equipped with over 50 machines, including ellipticals, treadmills, recumbant bikes, upright bikes, and the ALL NEW Expresso bikes! All cardio equipment (excluding Expresso bikes) have built-in fans for the user's convenience. Six televisions are located on one wall that members can listen along to by tuning a handheld radio (including iPods) to the FM radio station listed below each television. Aerobics Room: Features triple-foam padded flooring to ease impact on knees, ankles, back, and other joints; all classes take place in this room, including the Intro to Rock Climbing class that utilizes the NEW rock climbing wall.
