We are a private, by-appointment-only gym. Clients pay per visit with no monthly membership dues and no long-term contracts.

It's your own personal world of exercise. You work one-on-one with a trainer, which allows you to stay focused on your goals with no distractions and in a non-intimidating environment.

Our objective is to counsel you in all aspects of health and fitness and to guide you toward achieving the body image you've always wanted. We do not believe in over-training. With reasonable weight-bearing activities, cardiovascular fitness training and nutritional counseling, we have proven you can reach body-image goals you can maintain for a lifetime.
