The Tennis and Fitness Center is a family oriented club where families can play tennis or exercise together. Our Fitness Center is fully equiped with free weights, strength machines and cardiovascular equipment.
We have the best Group Exercise Classes in the area! We have a wide variety of classes-everything from Spinning(R) to Group Strength, Tai Chi, Step and much much more.
If you like martial arts we also have Action Karate for both kids and adults. Action Karate has private, semi-private and group classes. Also avaliable is a special Needs class for kids with Autisum., ADHA and ADD.
