Jazzercise of McHenry --
Jazzercise is a 60-minute class incorporating cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. We've taken moves from hip-hop, yoga, Pilates, kick-boxing, and resistance training and bundled them into one hour. All ages, levels, and sizes welcome.

A regular Jazzercise class consists of 40 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of strength training, all choreographed to today's hottest music.
We also offer Body Sculpting which is approximately 50 minutes of strengthening and toning using weights, tubes and exercise balls.
