Academy Of Traditional Karate --
The Academy of Traditional Karate is a premiere institution which teaches the classical Okinawan Style of Matsubayashi Shorin-Ryu karate. The Academy employs Internationally Certified Instructors and is an accredited member of Shidokan International. See what our students have to say about studying karate at the Academy. The Academy is run by Shihan Todd Keane, a Rokudan (6th degree black belt) in Shorin-Ryu. Shihan Keane has studied martial arts for more than 20 years. Prior to starting the Academy, Shihan Keane taught karate at Bentley College, where he received a BS in Computer Information Systems and an MBA with a Finance Concentration.

MK Boxing is a health club that focuses on providing close to 40 non contact classes in authentic Kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We have multiple classes every day of the week, and members can take any class they want for a low monthly fee. We focus on providing high energy, fun exciting classes for men, women, teens and children, and members can burn between 800 to 1200 calories a class while learning new skills. Members can also use the gym anytime during our open hours whether a class is going on or not. These classes are great for people who want to lose weight, tone up and are looking to spice up their workouts.
