Ladies Workout Express -- Ladies Workout Express is a 30-minute interval circuit training club providing adjustable hydraulic resistance equipment with changing timed formats. If you are a first timer to a health club and have never worked out before, or maybe you just haven't exercised for a long time or even if you have physical limitations, the beauty of hydraulics is it doesn't matter what your physical fitness level is, Everyone can use the equipment. You get strength and aerobic training AND you can burn up to 600 calories in just 30 mins! You simply lose the fat and tone your muscles. It takes one and half to two hours in a regular health club to do what you can accomplish at Ladies Workout Express in just 30 minutes, 3 days a week. Members have 24-hour secure access, 7 days a week. Staff is available Monday thru Thursday: 9AM-12:30PM & 4-7PM; Fri: 9am-12Noon & 4:30-6:30PM; Sat. & Sun: Unstaffed, by appt. only.
