Eastpointe Health and Fitness -- Eastpointe Health and Fitness is an individually owned and operated 6,500 sq. ft. fitness center in Navesink, NJ (near Atlantic Highlands). In business since 1999 and growing rapidly, the club offers personal training, nutritional counseling, state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment, and a wide variety of classes including Body Sculpting, Step, Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing and Spin. Winner of IHRSA's "I Lost It at the Club" contest for highest average weight loss in 2005 and 2006, Eastpointe Health and Fitness is committed to helping individuals achieve personalized results and supports a friendly, non -intimidating environment for all ages and fitness levels. We have recently added Chiropractic and Massage services to the facility and will also be adding Physical Therapy services in the near future....
