Harlem Tae Kwon Do is a brand new training facility located in the center of Harlem dedicated to teaching children and adults of all ages the value of discipline, respect, concentration, self confidence, strength training, coordination and self defense. Over 25 classes are offered per week specializing in Traditional (self defense, forms, basics) and Olympic (sparring techniques) styles. Classes are specifically tailored to children, teenagers, adults and beginners. We also monitor each student's attendance and encourage progress through regular promotion tests.
