Lakeside Fitness Club -- Lakeside Fitness Club, Northern NJ's premier fitness facility, offers 2 full circuits of selectorized equipment as well as a wide selection of free weights and cables. There is never a wait for cardiovascular equipment, as we have 20+ pieces to choose from on our cardio deck. Each piece of equipment is outfitted with its own personalized entertainment system featuring Direct TV. We currently offer 40 classes per week which will lend variety to your training and are all included with membership. Our locker rooms are clean and fully appointed with all amenities including towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Our steam room and sauna will help you relax after your workout. For those who need, babysitting is available 7 days a week for a nominal fee. Additional programs and services include personal training, massage, performance training classes, and nutrition counseling.
