We offer 30 Cardio Classes in Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai as well as Boot Camp Classes.
Each Class is 60 minutes and burns at least 800 to 1000 calories a class.
Trained Fighters and Certified Trainers teach all of the classes.
You work on the heavy bags in class, their is no physical punching of another person in class.
We offer an extensive childrens program for the ages of 5 to 15, everyone else is eligible for the adult classes.
We have a full Weight Room and Cardio Equipment and also have a conmpetition Boxing Ring for sparring and competitions held in our facility.
We offer the most fun alternative to weight training ever and it is because you are having fun doing it that the results you achieve are second to none.
