We design every workout to challenge and help you attain your goals. Our programs help you get in shape and inform every aspect of your physical life—you will sit upright, sleep better, stand straighter, and feel more in control of your body and your life. Pilates and Gyrotonic workouts are efficient, thorough, and demanding, yet they will leave you with an overall feeling of well-being, not soreness and fatigue. Cascade Athletic Clubs is the realization of the Eisenzimmer family's dream of Friends, Fun & Fitness. We are still privately owned and operated. No big chain affiliation. Everything is controlled right here at our locations! Every day, the entire company strives to provide sport, fitness and nutrition excellence that we can all be proud of. The owners are still hands on and involved. They went to Gresham and Barlow High Schools and are committed to the community.
