Our state-of the-art club offers 14 professional squash courts, large lounge and viewing area with WiFi, large free-weight room, a large cardio deck with cardio theater, a weight circuit area, stretching room, spinning room, mind and body studio for yoga, power yoga, pilates, a main studio for group exercise classes, towel service in the club and in the bright and clean locker rooms, sauna, steam room, three on site personal trainers, 5 squash pros, personal training packages, two massage therapy rooms, an on-site chiropractic service and Chang's Martial Arts Studio (Chang's offers our members their martial arts training classes at a greatly reduced rate, if you are interested). We offer three level 1 CrossFit Certified Trainers for military style cross training at no additional fee.

We offer a large selection of weight training in our free weight section, then we also offer a large area of machines as well as a large cardio section. All of our members our encouraged to use our gym's aerobics classes which are complimentary for our members. We are also the first Gold's Gym franchise to offer pro-wrestling training.
