Westchester Adventure Bootcamp -- What is Westchester Adventure Boot Camp for Women? Westchester Adventure Boot Camp is a four week fitness program designed specifically for women. Every day your body will be challenged in new and exciting ways that will keep you wanting more! Each session will offer fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and motivated to have plenty of fun while participating in a challenging, fantastic workout led by your trainer, Carla Braca. Each day of camp lasts one hour. Times are 5:30, 6:45 & 9:15 AM. Monday through Friday. Location: Reis Park in Somers. Winter Location: Somers Sports & Fitness Center FAQ'S: What if I'm not very physically fit? NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate.
