Washington Sports Clubs also offer a nice area health club option; and a LifeTime Fitness exists in Fairfax. An Equinox is opening in Tyson's Corner and XSport Fitness plans to open more clubs in the area.

The Gold's in the Herndon area are among the cleanest and best run facilities around – so if you want a recognized brand at a price that's right, Gold's could be for you.

All in all, given the amount you are going to be driving around the toll road, 123, the beltway and more, you'd better make sure you work in the time to work out – especially if you want to enjoy Anita's, Clyde's, or Skorpios!
